A life long love of horses, and long-term exposure to the disciplines of the aviation industry have culminated in the formation of the AussieLogic Horsemanship System. Horses see this increase in confidence as a display of leadership. Horses constantly test for leadership, and are happy to follow the one that clearly displays those traits. I have a question for you. “Of the 400 people commonly carried by a Boeing 747 on a transcontinental flight, how many would want the captain to display leadership?” Your answer would most likely be, “all of them of course!” The captain of any aircraft has been exposed to a system of training designed to ensure the competence and confidence to make command decisions that affect every life on board plus one hundred million dollars worth of airplane.
