This rope is often called
derby rope. Although originally designed for use as halter (3/8") and lead rope
(5/8"), MFP rope has gained wide acceptance as barrier rope for crowd
control and as boater's rope for mooring and dock lines. It is
constructed of multifilament polypropylene which is resistant to rot,
abrasion, and grease. MFP rope handles exceptionally well and is
strong and durable.
