 Return Policy                                                       

Here at Columbia Basin Knot Company, we strive to work hard to please our customers and provide high quality rope and products to the end consumer.

If you need to return rope or products due to a mistake on our part or product imperfections, we will return the product and credit your account.

If you decide you do not need the rope or product and would like to return it, we are now implementing a 20% restocking fee.  Purchaser is responsible for paying for the return shipment.

Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted. If you have any questions concerning our return policy, please call us at:  509-340-3778.
