- All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS from our Valleyford, WA location. Orders shipped direct from the mill will ship via UPS, FedEx, Yellow Freight, or Conway Shipping for larger multi-spool orders.
- Returns & Replacements
- Here at Columbia Basin Knot Company, we strive to work hard to please our customers and provide high quality rope and products to the end consumer.
If you need to return rope or products due to a mistake on our part or product imperfections, we will return the product and credit your account.
If you decide you do not need the rope or product and would like to return it, we are now implementing a 20% restocking fee. Purchaser is responsible for paying for the return shipment.

- We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, PayPal, personal checks, and money orders (orders will not ship until payment clears). Overseas orders need to be paid in U.S. Funds, via Paypal, and Money Wire.
